Lumen Gallery
Lumen is the kind of space you step into and immediately get lost in. To honor this perfectly curated gallery, I created a series of "high-sensory" visuals designed to stimulate more than the eyes. These videos set out to create a tactile experience—where you can almost feel the grain of the linens and the intentional "vibe" of the room through the screen.

We were feeling inspired by all the blues around in Capitola Village in this blue reel. ​

The Look and Feel:

Lumen is more than a boutique as it is a space that truly breathes. To capture its fresh and cheerful essence, we focused on a bright and airy visual palette that preserves the natural vibrancy of every curated piece. This ensures the gallery feels open and welcoming while keeping the colors of the products as the focal point of the frame.
To bring the viewer into this space, we utilized a gimbal for smooth cinematic motion to intentionally reveal the hidden corners of the shop. This allows the camera to interact with the products just as a visitor would, creating a sense of discovery. From the seasonal shift in the soundscape to the rhythmic flow of the edit, every frame is designed to invite the viewer into a more colorful and intentional life.
