To support a comprehensive employee development program, I helped produce a series of 12 educational films designed to maximize engagement and retention. Every video was rooted in a detailed storyboarding process to ensure that the visual storytelling supported the core educational goals. This approach moves past traditional instructional methods by creating a sensory experience that brings the training materials to life in a way that is both professional and memorable.

Filming on the trails required a strategic shift in my production approach to accommodate the physical demands of the landscape. I opted for a streamlined and agile gear configuration to ensure that every piece of equipment could be hiked into the backcountry without compromising on visual quality. We sought out a diverse range of rugged paths to showcase the durability of the environment, proving that a documentary eye can thrive even in the most challenging and remote settings.

The objective was to create an inclusive learning journey that appeals to a variety of learning preferences. By balancing clear auditory cues with strong visual metaphors, I ensured the content was accessible and impactful for all associates. This project demonstrates how meticulous pre production and a documentary eye can elevate internal communications into a sophisticated brand asset.
